Generate content for the section you are editing.

Ask for a heading, paragraph, list, button label, or image. AI works on individual sections, so you can fill a gap without replacing the rest of your email. You still choose and arrange the layout. Whole-email generation isn’t available yet.

Describe the message you need help writing.

For example, ask for a short invitation to your Saturday pottery workshop and choose a friendly tone. Read the draft in the text editor, change anything that doesn’t sound like you, and add it to the email. Check details such as dates and prices before sending.

Create images without leaving the editor.

Describe a picture and insert the generated image into your design. Lettershape hosts it and keeps recent results in your image gallery for reuse. You can use your own photos alongside generated images.

AI text and images start at $10 a month.

Creator costs $10 a month for up to 150 text drafts and 50 images. Pro costs $20 for up to 300 text drafts and 100 images. Prices are in USD. A separate monthly cap on AI request costs can stop generation before these totals. The pricing page explains what counts and when access renews.

Does Free include AI?

AI requires Creator or Pro. Free includes the visual editor, all templates, your own text and images, and every export format.

Does AI generate an entire email from a prompt?

No. AI writes text or creates images for individual sections. You arrange the email using templates and the visual editor.

When do AI allowances renew?

Your allowance renews when Lettershape confirms your monthly payment. Unused generations do not carry over. A completed draft or image counts even if you choose not to use it; failed generations do not count toward these totals.
