The service and your account
By using Lettershape, you agree to these terms. Lettershape provides visual email design, saved projects, image hosting, optional AI tools, and email export at create.lettershape.com. Keep your account details accurate and your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Business and client work
You may use Lettershape to create emails for your business, organization, clients, or individual projects. You retain your rights in the content you provide. You grant us permission to store, process, and display that content as needed to provide the service, including hosting images referenced by your exports. Only upload or publish content you have permission to use.
Plans and subscriptions
Free includes 3 saved designs you can edit and export. Creator costs $10 USD per month and Pro costs $20 USD per month, with the allowances shown on our pricing page. Paid subscriptions are processed through PayPal and renew monthly until cancelled. AI allowances begin and renew after confirmed subscription payments. Unused allowances do not carry over. A separate monthly cap on AI request costs can stop generation before the listed totals. You may also need to wait between requests. See the pricing page for these limits.
Cancellation and plan changes
Cancellation stops renewal. Paid access continues until the end date displayed in your account. A replacement subscription charges the full monthly amount immediately, even if the previous paid period has time left. We do not automatically refund or credit that time. A confirmed replacement payment starts a fresh AI allowance. Contact support about a billing problem or refund request; cancellation alone does not issue a refund. These terms do not limit any rights you have under applicable law.
If a downgrade leaves you with more designs than your new limit, choose which to keep editable before creating, editing, or exporting. The rest stay in a view-only archive and need an upgrade to edit or export again. Your choice stays fixed until your plan's project limit changes. Deleting an editable design does not unlock an archived one. Previously downloaded files remain yours to use.
Templates and AI output
Templates contain sample brands, copy, images, links, and business details. Replace these with your own information before sending. Website previews show examples with fictional content. AI results may contain errors or unsuitable material. Check the facts and your rights to use the output. You are responsible for the final content you export and publish.
Exports and sending
To export, save a design that your plan lets you edit. Your mail app or sending service handles recipients, delivery, personalization, and unsubscribe requests. You are responsible for setting up those services and following applicable messaging rules. Email apps can display the design differently, so send a test through your usual tool and check the received message.
Exported images load from public web addresses. Cancelling does not delete images we host, and images used in exports are protected from gallery deletion. We keep those exported images available after account deletion unless you request their removal. Removed images will stop loading in previously sent emails. This is not a promise of permanent hosting. If you use images from another website, that website must keep them available.
Account deletion and inactivity
To delete your account, email support@lattyinteractive.com. Within 30 days after verifying your request, we delete your account information, saved designs, and hosted images not used in exports. Images used in exports remain available unless you include a removal request or contact us separately to remove them. We process verified image-removal requests within 30 days.
We delete accounts after 24 months without account activity, with at least 30 days' advance notice to your account email address. Sign in during that notice period to keep your account active. This applies to Free and paid accounts, including accounts that return to Free after cancellation. The same exported-image and required-record exceptions apply.
We retain only limited billing, legal, and security records necessary for legal obligations, dispute resolution, or preventing fraud and abuse, for as long as those purposes require. Apart from those records and retained exported images, deleted data is removed from backups within the same 30-day deletion timeframe, or within 30 days after an inactive account is deleted. Our privacy notice explains these retention rules.
Acceptable use and availability
Do not use Lettershape for unlawful content, phishing, infringement, or attempts to disrupt the service or access another account. We may restrict access where necessary to address abuse or protect the service. Features may change and access may be interrupted for maintenance or operational reasons. Planned roadmap features are not part of the current service until released.
