A saved email is called a project in Lettershape. You might keep one for your newsletter, one for offers, and one for customer updates. Change the content and export again each time. All templates are included, so you can choose a different layout when you need it.

Change the layout and styling without code.

Add text, images, buttons, and columns, then move them into order. Set your fonts and colors for the whole email or change individual sections. You can also edit HTML & CSS if you prefer.

Download or copy the email to your sending tool.

Click Save, then open Export email. Choose an HTML file for a service such as Mailchimp, or copy a formatted email into a mail app such as Thunderbird. The menu includes instructions for seven sending tools. Transfers are manual; your sending tool manages subscribers and delivery.

Free works with your own words and images. Creator and Pro add AI copy and image generation and more saved designs. Creator is $10 USD per month for 50 designs; Pro is $20 USD per month for 200.

Before you create an account

Do I need a credit card?

No. Create a free account and verify your email address. PayPal checkout is only needed when you choose a paid subscription.

Can I use Free for client work?

Yes. You can use your 3 designs for business or client emails. Add the client’s content and export for the tool they use to send.

Can I download HTML on Free?

Yes. Save your design and open Export email to download HTML. If you have just downgraded and have more than 3 designs, first choose the 3 you want to keep editable in your account.

What happens when I have 3 saved designs?

Keep editing and exporting those designs, or delete one to make room for a new design. Paid plans let you keep more designs at once. If you have archived designs from a downgrade, deleting a design does not unlock one from the archive.
